GenieMat FF03NP

GenieMat® FF03NP impact sound insulation mat (3 mm thick) is made from 94% recycled rubber bound with premium polyurethane, made to eliminate impact sound under the screed or the finished floor covering. The product does not compress or sink over time, protects the floor structure, effectively reduces sound transmission (ΔLw 23) and meets the international LEED green building standard.

Key features
- Optimised clear height: an ultra-thin 3 mm thickness, an ideal solution for renovation projects or floors with strict height limits.
- 94% recycled rubber density: excellent compressive strength under a thin screed without cracking the screed or lifting the floor.
- Environmentally friendly (LEED compliant): made from premium recycled rubber bound with polyurethane, directly contributing green points to the project.
- Alkali and construction chemical resistant: does not rot or crumble in direct contact with fresh cement and screed water.
- Optimal cost: effectively delivers impact noise reduction that meets the technical standard at a very economical material and transport cost.
Applications
- Under vinyl, porcelain tile and wood
- Under screed or gypsum concrete on concrete, steel and wood
- Beneath the floor finish
- Beneath the screed
- Renovation projects
