GenieMat FF05NP

GenieMat® FF05NP impact sound insulation mat (5 mm thick) is made from 94% recycled rubber bound with polyurethane, optimising vibration damping and eliminating impact noise on concrete floors. It has high elastic durability, carries large loads, significantly improves the impact sound improvement index (ΔLw 25) and outstandingly meets the LEED green standard.

Key features
- Perfect balance of performance and thickness: the standard 5 mm thickness gives outstanding impact sound insulation for apartment concrete floor systems.
- Wide vibration frequency elimination: effectively absorbs heel noise, furniture impacts and the sound of running footsteps on the floor.
- High mechanical strength: the compressed rubber density carries large static and dynamic loads (heavy furniture, high traffic) without thinning or deforming.
- Fast, easy installation: the roll cuts flexibly, lays flat quickly and bonds firmly with specialised adhesives.
- Long-term dimensional stability: does not shrink or expand with changes in temperature and ambient humidity.
Applications
- Under screed or gypsum concrete on concrete, steel and wood
- Beneath the floor finish
- Beneath the screed
- Renovation projects
